Challenge of the Month
This month's challenge is Leg Press! Complete as many reps on the Cybex leg press using 1.5 x your body weight. For example, someone with a body weight of 150 lbs. would complete reps of 225 lbs.on the leg press. The top female and top male winners will receive $10 at our Pro Shop / Snack Bar. This month is also National Nutrition Month! Make sure you eat a healthy nutritional meal before trying our challenge to maximize results! The Fitness Center will be hosting a Table Tennis league starting May 8th. Match times will be between 2:00pm-5:00pm Mondays - Thursdays. Deadline to sign-up is Wednesday, May 3rd. See Scott for more details or shoot him an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Red Cross Blood Drive
Appointments are now available for our next Blood Drive on Thursday, June 8th from 10:00am-3:30pm. The blood drive is on Level 2 in Lobby H. To schedule or reschedule an appointment, visit www.redcrossblood.org, enter sponsor code: farms and follow the instructions to register for the Domino’s Farms blood drive. Appointments are recommended to speed up your donating process. Contact the Fitness Center for more information.

Join us in welcoming another new face to the Domino's Farms Fitness Center staff! Matt comes to us from The Health and Wellness Center at Washtenaw Community College. He is a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Central Michigan University and a Masters degree in Exercise Science from Oakland University. Welcome to the team!
