Choose 2 Lose
Weigh-outs for Choose 2 Lose are coming up on Monday, March 13th! If both you and your partner met the weight loss goal of 10 lbs each, you'll earn your piece of the pot. Just a little over a week to go!
Challenge of the Month
This month's challenge is Leg Press! Complete as many reps on the Cybex leg press using 1.5 x your body weight. For example, someone with a body weight of 150 lbs. would complete reps of 225 lbs.on the leg press. The top female and top male winners will receive $10 at our Pro Shop / Snack Bar. This month is also National Nutrition Month! Make sure you eat a healthy nutritional meal before trying our challenge to maximize results! Red Cross Blood Drive
Due to a staff shortage from the Red Cross, this month's blood drive has been cancelled. We are currently working on setting up another drive for this summer. We will keep you posted.
Fitness Center Facebook Page
The Fitness Center will be hosting a badminton singles league starting on March 13th. Match times will be between 10:30am-11:30am and 2:00pm-5:00pm. Deadline to sign-up is Wednesday, March 8th. See Scott for more details or shoot him an email at email@example.com
Welcome Anna Jo!
We would like to introduce the newest addition to the Domino's Farms Fitness Center staff! Anna Jo has been an intern with us since January and has been hired on as a full time staff member beginning this week. She will be graduating from Bowling Green University this spring. Welcome to the team!
