This is a leg, glute and ab workout at its best! Learn new floor exercises to tone the lower body like never before. This dynamic workout will keep your heart pumping with strength exercises for the lower body and core. Using a combination of equipment, you will leave feeling strong, staisfied and ready for more!

Total Body Circuit*

A combination of strength and cardio will be utilized during this total body workout by having you move station to station to help you build muscle and burn fat. A variety of equipment will be used to keep you moving throughout this circuit.

**Total Body Circuit has a maximum limit of 20 people**

20/20

Similar to Body Sculpting, 20/20 focuses on 20 minutes of strength training for the lower body, and 20 minutes for the upper body. Each week different equipment will be used including BOSU's, gliding discs, free weights, and body bars.

A fast-paced, intense kickboxing workout where you'll be zig-zagging your way to great looking abs and legs! Great music and choreography add to the fun and excitement of the class. Get ready to burn some serious calories!

Yoga

This class is designed to tighten and tone your entire body, enhance balance, improve flexibility and build core strength by combining traditional fitness training, focused breathing and strength building through yoga poses. The result is a mind-body workout that improves health, athletic performance, and mental acuity in people of all ages and fitness levels.

Here's your opportunity to combine cardiovascular exercise with strength training for the whole body. The format will interchange segments of step aerobics with weight training exercises using various equipment. Abdominal exercises will be incorporated if time allows.

Zumba
