Total Body Circuit - Mondays at 12pm with Scott and Wednesdays at 1pm with Anna Jo
A combination of strength and cardio will be utilized during this total body workout by having you move station to station to help you build muscle and burn fat. A variety of equipment will be used to keep you moving throughout this circuit.
Bar Brawl - Mondays at 1pm with Erin
With a combination of weighted bodybar/barbell exercises and cardio kickboxing drills, this class will hit you with a 1,2 punch! The strength/cardio fusion will help you build muscle to boost metabolism and keep your heart rate up to burn fat fast.
ABC's - Tuesdays at 12pm with Erin
We are getting back to the basics, starting with our ABC’s: Arms, Booty, and Core. This strength building workout uses body weight and various resistance training equipment including BOSU’s, gliding discs, free weights, and body bars to target your upper body, lower body, and core. ABC’s focuses on technique and is sure to make you feel strong, tone, and more confident in your own body.
HIIT Cardio - Tuesdays at 1pm with Anna Jo
This class focuses on a Tabata HITT type workout. Each exercise in a given Tabata lasts only four minutes, but it’s likely to be one of the longest four minutes you’ve ever endured! The structure of the workout is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for an 8 round Tabata. If you’re interested in an extremely challenging cardio class that pushes you harder than you’ve ever been pushed, this is the class for you!
Power Mix - Tuesdays at 5:30pm and Thursdays at 1pm with Laura
This class uses a mix of various power moves and equipment such as bands, BOSU's, gliding discs, free weights, and body bars to help build muscle and to burn some serious calories.
PiYo Strength ® - Wednesdays at 12pm with Erin
Piyo combines Pilates, Yoga, strength conditioning, flexibility, and dynamic balance. It is an up tempo, non-spiritual approach to mind/body exercise. With a constant flow of moves set to upbeat and empowering music, you'll burn some serious calories while building stability, strength, and flexibility. Piyo offers beginning modifications and advanced options making it ideal for beginners to advanced exercisers.
Flow Yoga - Wednesdays at 5:50pm with Ronda
Flow through a series of dynamic movements that increases strength, mobility, flexibility, and strengthens core muscles. A less intense version of traditional Vinyasa. Props are available and modifications are shown.
Cardio Mix - Thursdays at 12pm with Laura
Avoid the plateau & mix it up! Each class is the Instructor’s choice of a variety of cardio interval training. May include drills, stations, kickboxing, steps, and other surprise elements! Keep your heart rate up, and your body & mind alert!
Total Body Strength -Thursdays at 5:30pm with Matt
This full body workout uses weights and other forms of resistance training equipment to help tone and strengthen your body.
Zumba® - Fridays at 12pm with Carol
Zumba takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
Gentle Yoga - Fridays at 1pm with Erin
Gentle Yoga is a class structured around rejuvenating and healing with an emphasis on building awareness of the breath and the body. This class is held as a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles.
