Total Body Circuit
A combination of strength and cardio will be utilized during this total body workout by having you move station to station to help you build muscle and burn fat. A variety of equipment will be used to keep you moving throughout this circuit.
PiYo Strength ®
Piyo combines Pilates, Yoga, strength conditioning, flexibility, and dynamic balance. It is an up tempo, non-spiritual approach to mind/body exercise. With a constant flow of moves set to upbeat and empowering music, you'll burn some serious calories while building stability, strength, and flexibility. Piyo offers beginning modifications and advanced options making it ideal for beginners to advanced exercisers.
This class focuses on strength training for the upper and lower body with core work at the end. Each week different equipment will be used including BOSU’s, gliding discs, free weights, and body bars.
This class uses max interval training which replaces your moderate-intensity exercise with maximum-intensity exercise. Instead of working out moderately, with short bursts of intensity, Insanity will demand long periods of high-intensity exercise accompanied with short periods of rest. If you’re interested in an extreme cardio challenge class that pushes you harder than you’ve ever been pushed, this is the class for you!
Core De Force®
This MMA-inspired, total body workout uses core conditioning combinations, body weight moves, and cardio spikes to harness the power of your core and have you feeling like a total badass. You'll brun major calories and carve your waist - no equipment needed.
Zumba takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
Gentle Yoga is a class structured around rejuvenating and healing with an emphasis on building awareness of the breath and the body. This class is held as a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles.
Flow through a series of dynamic movements that increases strength, mobility, flexibility, and strengthens core muscles. A less intense version of traditional Vinyasa. Props are available and modifications are shown.
This class uses a mix of various power moves and equipment such as bands, BOSU's, gliding discs, free weights, and body bars to help build muscle and to burn some serious calories.
Total Body Strength
This full body workout uses weights and other forms of resistance training equipment to help tone and strengthen your body.
